How does usage-based billing work?
Each paid tier includes a monthly allocation of resources (tokens, vector operations, storage). If you exceed your included amounts, you pay a small overage fee at competitive rates. Higher tiers get better per-unit rates.
What are "lifetime credits" in the Sandbox tier?
Sandbox tier credits never reset or expire. You get a fixed amount of tokens and vector operations to test ShinRAG at your own pace. When you're ready for production, upgrade to Developer.
Why choose a higher tier vs paying overage?
Higher tiers offer 10% better value per dollar on included resources, better overage rates, additional features (more seats, audit logs, SSO), and priority support. If you consistently use overage, upgrading often saves money.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment terms including NET30 invoicing.
